DREHMO electric actuator applies to a unique planetary gear design, lubricant permanently without adding lubricant. External enclosure is made of a special aluminum alloy, light weight, high strength, excellent corrosion resistance. The actuators are generally supplied by the protection class of IP67  and IP68 actuator can also be provided upon customer’s request . It has a space heater function and can adjust itself according to the ambient temperature by an internal power supply, to avoid the malfunction of air electronic devices caused by moisture condensation 

The internal stabilized voltage supply can provide 24VDC while supply the power to DREHMO, so DREHMO can be used both for external supply 24VDC and internal supply 24VDC. Good and effective anti-idling motor function, can effectively prevent the inertia of the actuator idling. In order to ensure a long service life of the integrated electronic control circuit and precise adjustment function, DREHMO actuators adopts non-contact solid relay ELR to replace mechanical contactors.

DREHMO actuators, multi-turn and push-stem power unit are equipped with same gear structure. It has 25 years of experience in patents and applications. Due to the structure has an occlusal portion with a lot of teeth, it has a very long operating life under circumstances of almost no maintenance. When using the hand wheel manually to operate, it doesn’t need any conversion devices. The hand wheel torque sensor without a clutch has been engaged in, even when the valve is at the terminal position or the valve is at the state of stuck , the hand wheel can still be used normally, reducing worn parts.

​DREHMO actuators has explosion proof actuators EX which meet standard of VDE017/0171 and DIM EN50014-50020, and it can provides licenses of both EEXED CT4 and EEXED TC5PTB. The  temperature range is -50. the actuator is not sensitive to low temperature. If the on-site installation space is insufficient, the on-site temperature is too high or the installation site is accessible to debug, in these three cases, the controlled parts and mechanical parts can be installed separately, which not only can solve the above problem but also does not affect the performance of the actuator. With the function of automatic phase correction, even though the wiring phase is wrong, it will not cause a damage to the valve.

​DREHMO series control unit consists of three standard circuit boards and a switch put in t in the same chassis without additional sealing surface. it is equipped with a disc, which makes it fast and easy to replace the parts. DREHMO-series actuators have on-site operation and programming unit, so they can  program and set up, self-diagnosis on-site. They can also do these via PC and Communicator and it has   a long life cycle. Its operating software can be upgraded by the functional IR interface or PROF download. Without actuator replacement, it can help to lower the production costs like the updated products does.

​DREHMO-i-mo.c series actuators have a function of automatic command. The actuator can monitor the command sequence and can correct it to to protect against misuse of the valve. With restart protection,  the actuator torque will automatically prevent the system to restart in the same direction to protect the valve. Overload directional protection -----  switch valves too fast will cause damages to the valve and actuator. Overload time-delay directional valve provides directional time-delay protection for motors and valve actuators with the time rage of 500ms ~ 5s. The actuator has a large-capacity data storage unit, which facilitates the maintenance. Through the analysis of the data stored, the actuator may automatically send a request to be maintained.
